David Vessey
Owner/StylistDavid started his career in his hometown of Denver, Colorado. After getting some experience under his belt he fulfilled his dreams of moving to California and working in Beverly Hills. After a few years in Beverly Hills, he came to Pasadena where he has been styling hair for over 20 years.
He has had advanced education with Toni and Guy, Vidal Sassoon, Label M, Kerastase, Redken and Framesi. He has been an educator for Framesi and Toni and Guy.
He strives to create easily maintained styles that bring out his clients unique natural beauty and compliment their lifestyle. He loves what he does and he prides himself on giving his clients an exceptional salon experience with a cut, color and great customer service.
Jonathan Andrew Serna
Senior StylistJonathan Andrew Serna is a senior stylist at Evolutions Salon where Jonathan creates modern styles through haircuts, color, and design. He specializes in women’s color ranging from everyday modern techniques to color corrections. Jonathan also has a passion for creating hairstyles for bridal design and photo shoots.
Jonathan has completed the Foundation Mastery course by the Goldwell Academy in Santa Monica, CA, which gave him his launchpad for color, care, and styling.
Jonathan is a stylist from El Monte, CA and graduated from the Citrus College Cosmetology program in 2014.
Vanessa Moreno
Senior StylistVanessa graduated from the Toni and Guy Academy in Phoenix AZ in 2007. She has worked in premier salons in Arizona, Colorado and Southern California. Vanessa is dedicated to her education and staying current on the latest trends and techniques. Whether it’s soft subtle and natural or edgy and vivid she strives to deliver and educate her clients on maintenance and hair health.
Sarah Payan
StylistSarah graduated from Paul Mitchell academy in Pasadena, CA and has been in the industry for 5 years. She trained with master stylist and salon owner David Vessey and continues her education to stay current on the latest trends and techniques. Sarah likes to take her time in her consultations, to see what best suites the client. She loves doing everything from color, cuts and styling.
Mandy
StylistMeet our stylist Mandy. She has over 5 years experience in the hair industry. She has received advanced training throughout her career including Vidal Sassoon cutting classes. Mandy has worked with celebrity stylists in both Hollywood and Beverly Hills and developed a keen eye and passion for Balayage.

StylistCalifornia girl! I have been in the hair industry for over 18 years. I am extremely detail oriented some may even say a bit OCD. My journey started with my own hair, I could never find anyone to get me blonde enough …so with that said I definitely have a passion for highlighting, balayage and color. I love making people look and feel their best.
